ELEMENTAL MAGIC
The elements are our ancient ancestors, the foundational energies that shape our bodies and spirits. Reconnecting with the elements is a way of reconnecting to ourselves and the living world that surrounds us.
For thousands of years, wisdom keepers and medicine people have understood that each element carries a unique frequency of knowledge that can be tapped into for healing, clarity, guidance, and transformation.
Costa Rica, with its rich landscapes, is a place where the elements are deeply woven into daily life. From the pure waters and fertile soil to the powerful volcanoes of fire and water, and the winds that blow in from the ocean, the elements are alive, vibrant, and at work both around and within us.
In Reclaim + Rewild, we will journey into each of the elements, embodying their wisdom, medicine, and transformative powers. We will focus particularly on the feminine elements of Earth and Water, delving into their nourishing and transformative qualities.
You will embark on a Vision Quest to the wild, volcanic waterfalls and visit the sacred healing waters of Ojo de Agua, connecting deeply to the essence of water’s transformative power.
Each day will bring us in touch with a different element, guiding you to build your personal relationship with the magic and medicine each one offers, allowing you to harness the wisdom of these ancient teachers and allies.

Reclaim + Rewild invites you to explore your innate nature through movement and embodied expression. By reconnecting with the primal impulses that arise within, we awaken the deep wisdom and medicine that reside in us.
Our immersion draws from the ancient teachings of Hatha Yoga and Womb Awakening to revitalize the body through movement. Each day, we will dedicate time to exploring Asana, Breathwork, Meditation, and Dance as pathways to reignite the wild wisdom within.

MEDICINE + CEREMONY
Medicine is that which restores us from imbalance back into harmony with ourselves, others, the Earth, and Spirit. Ceremony and ritual create sacred space for the soul to reconnect and communicate with the living world and the unseen forces around us.
Throughout this immersion, we will work with various forms of medicine for both body and spirit.
We will engage with powerful plant allies such as Cacao (Xocolatl), which deepen our connection to the Earth and our bodies, awaken the womb, open the heart, and provide clarity of vision. These medicines serve as guides, inviting us into deeper relationships with ourselves and life.

NOURISH
We are here to deeply nourish and replenish our bodies, minds, and souls.
Reclaim + Rewild invites you to embrace the vitality of living, high vibration foods. All meals are earth-centered, providing the richest flavors and nourishment. The Art Villas also features a wonderful Breakfast Bar on-site, where you can indulge in creative smoothies, vegan treats, plant-based dishes, and plenty of chocolate, all while enjoying breathtaking views of the ocean and mountainside. Two meals per day are included, leaving you space to sample the many delightful offerings at the Cacao Bar.

In addition to nourishing foods, we will incorporate a beautiful practice of giving and receiving with a luxurious face mask ritual. As you relax and enjoy the rejuvenating face mask treatment, you will also have the opportunity to offer the same ritual to another woman, fostering a deep sense of connection, care, and community. This exchange of love and attention enhances our experience of both self-care and the power of nurturing others.
You will also enjoy a one-hour massage by the magical (insert name), further nourishing your body and soul.
By the end of the journey, you will return home recharged, with a newfound appreciation for the healing power of wild foods, superfoods, body rejuvenation, and the practice of giving and receiving through sacred self-care.

Costa Rican myth tells us that the volcanoes are home to powerful spirits — guardians of fire and earth who balance destruction and renewal, reminding us of the ever-present cycle of life. The sacred Ceiba tree, believed to bridge the underworld, earth, and heavens, is said to hold ancestral wisdom in its roots while its branches reach skyward, connecting us to the spirit realm.

All rooms are intended to be shared, so please keep this in mind when making your room selection that you may be sharing a room or bed with another retreat attendee.

You will be asked to pay a $50 application processing fee to submit your application. Within the application, you’ll find information about the starting cost based on your accommodation preferences.
The cost will reflect the retreat fee ($3500) + accommodation for shared rooms (starts at $1000) and for single rooms (starts at $1800).
Your final invoice will be sent to you via email detailing the fees based on accommodation preference/availability and any add-ons you select. Upon acceptance, your application will be deducted from your final cost. -
The closest airport is Malpensa (Milan). Mandali is about 1 hour north of Milan. When we get closer to the retreat, Mandali gathers all the guests flight information and groups them into private vans to drive to Mandali. This greatly reduces the fee of transportation to Mandali. Please note this is an out of pocket expense.

Full retreat tuition is due upon acceptance of your application and 25% of that total is non-refundable and non-transferable once paid. From May 15, 2025, your full retreat tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case unexpected incidents prevent your from attending.
