Diane Davidson

I am a survivor. I was in a car accident 19 years ago that left me with many injuries including a moderate-severe traumatic brain injury, shattered orbital bone, a paralyzed diaphragm and a damaged lung on the right side and a shattered pelvic bone. I had to learn to walk, talk and read again and my lung function was failing. I was going to be put on oxygen and was in constant pain and could hardly walk across the room. I started walking and now I peak mountains. My neuropsychologist recommended meditation which led to me dumping all my meds and using yoga, hiking and meditation to manage my chronic pain and traumatic brain injury symptoms. Yoga, hiking and meditation healed my body. I want to pass on the same healing and quality of life to those in similar situations. I focus on making Yoga accessible for disabled bodies and will hold space for you however you show up so I can help you improve your quality of life. Yoga is for every body.
