FROM BURNOUT TO BALANCE
For over 15 years, I worked as a Radiologic Technologist, navigating the fast-paced world of MRI, CT, and mammography. While I thrived in my work, the constant drive left me feeling depleted and disconnected.
I longed to recreate a new relationship with my inner drive and ambition, discovering a balance, flow, and rhythm that honored both my work and my feminine essence. By consciously embodying a womb- and heart-centered way of being, I cultivated mindfulness, self-care, and deep connection to nature, finding a profound sense of wholeness.
Now, I guide others to awaken their inner wisdom, align with their natural rhythms, and step into a life of balance, love, and embodied power.
I received my 220-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Sage Yoga & Wellness and am a certified Trauma-Informed + Mindful Movement Yoga Practitioner and Reiki II Practitioner in the Usui Reiki lineage. I am also in my second year of Womb Awakening apprenticeship with the Institute of Feminine Arts in Australia. After a recent transformative trip to Bali, I became a certified Womb Awakening Retreat Facilitator, and a certified Womb Hara Massage Practitioner, deepening my ability to guide others through sacred feminine healing.
Above all, I am a forever student of life—continually learning, evolving, and deepening my connection to the world around me.
