Included in this training, we have a class by Naomi Jansson, who is a Traditional Medicine Doctor specialising in Women’s Medicine. Naomi is dedicated to understanding the Traditional Medicine systems left to us by the ancients, she has a devoted lifelong study in Japanese, Chinese, Tibetan and Indian Medicine Systems. From this place Naomi looks forward to sharing wisdom of the Hara and Traditional Medicine Philosophy with you.

Exploring the ancestral roots of the medicine you will be practicing in Womb Hara Massage. Womb Hara Massage is working into the deepest energy centres of the female body; the Womb “Blood Chamber” and Lower Dantian.

Naomi will share some of the ancient technology of moxibustion with us, accessing the most Ancient of technologies used by generations of Women to build Qi and Blood, restoring balance and pure Yang in supporting the Womb and fertility. The Moxibustion component is included in the Womb Hara Certification.

Yoni steaming dates back thousands of years and is an age-old remedy that has been tested
and approved by generations before us.

Lisa will help you understand the imbalances in your monthly cycle, and how we can assist ourselves in rebalancing our womb. She will share the ritual and ceremony aspects of yoni steaming and how we can offer this for ourselves in self practice. • Womb Hara Massage is for all women—of all ages, whether you’re on a healing journey, seeking deeper connection with your body, or looking for support with a particular phase of life. This therapeutic and ceremonial bodywork is especially beneficial for those needing support on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

This work can be profoundly supportive for women who are:

    – On a fertility journey – wishing to open their conception pathways by releasing tension, emotional blockages, and held trauma within the womb and pelvic bowl. This work helps the body feel safe, receptive, and supported for conception, whether naturally or alongside assisted fertility treatments.

    – Navigating reproductive health challenges – including conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, painful or irregular periods, hormonal imbalances, or unexplained pelvic discomfort. This gentle and intuitive work supports the body’s innate healing intelligence and can complement other therapeutic approaches.

    – Healing from trauma – including sexual abuse, birth trauma, miscarriages, abortions, or invasive pelvic/abdominal surgeries. The work is offered with deep respect and sensitivity, creating a safe space for release, restoration, and reconnection with the body.

    – In postpartum recovery – whether weeks, months, or years after giving birth, supporting women to gently reconnect with their womb and pelvic space, restore vitality, regulate the nervous system, and reclaim their centre after the transformation of birth.

    – Feeling disconnected from their feminine core – carrying grief, shame, numbness, or disassociation in the womb, pelvis, or heart space. This work invites reconnection, reclamation, and a soft return to self.

    – Experiencing emotional or mental health challenges – such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, or emotional overwhelm. By calming the nervous system and accessing the deeper somatic layers of the body, Womb Hara Massage can offer grounding, emotional regulation, and a sense of inner safety.

    – Living with gut issues or digestive imbalances – such as constipation, or abdominal tension. The massage supports the enteric nervous system (the “second brain” of the gut), encouraging release, improved digestion, and a return to flow in the belly.

    – On a spiritual or embodiment path – ready to deepen into feminine wisdom, cyclical awareness, creativity, and intuitive knowing. This work awakens the sacred portals of the womb and hara, reconnecting women with their inner compass and the mysteries of the feminine body.

Womb Hara Massage is gentle, deeply honoring, and trauma-informed. Whether you’re seeking physical healing, emotional release, or spiritual reconnection, this work meets each woman exactly where she is—offering a safe, sacred space for transformation.

  • No prior experience is necessary to either receive or learn Womb Hara Massage. This modality is designed to meet each woman exactly where she is, whether you’re completely new to bodywork and healing practices, or you’re a seasoned practitioner looking to deepen your skills.

For those interested in learning to offer Womb Hara Massage, the training is open to all women who feel called to this sacred work. Whether you’re a birth worker, bodyworker, healer, or simply on your own healing journey, you’ll be fully supported to develop the skills, presence, and understanding needed to safely and ethically hold space for others through this practice.

This work is intuitive, embodied, and heart-led, accessible to anyone with the willingness to listen, learn, and honour the depth of this sacred feminine healing art.

  • Womb Hara Massage is a fully external massage. There is no internal vaginal work involved.

This sacred bodywork focuses on the back, sacrum, coccyx, shoulders, womb, and abdominal areas. We work gently and intuitively from the pelvic bone upward towards the soft belly, the womb space, and up to just below the breasts and upper diaphragm.

Women are covered with care and respect at all times, and your comfort and boundaries are always prioritised. This is a deeply held, trauma-informed space that invites your body to soften, release, and open, all while staying fully safe, present, and honoured.

  • Yes. The Integrative Womb Hara Massage Practitioner Training is internationally certified and recognised by the International Institute of Complementary Therapists (IICT).

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate and can obtain insurance through IICT or other recognised complementary therapy insurers, depending on your location.

This allows you to begin offering Womb Hara Massage professionally as a certified practitioner, supported by a recognised and reputable body in the field of holistic therapies.

  • Womb Hara Massage is not recommended during pregnancy or menstruation, as these are times when the womb is engaged in its own delicate and powerful processes that are best left undisturbed.

During pregnancy, we honour the natural changes and heightened sensitivity of the body and womb space. Because this modality works deeply with the energetic and physical layers of the pelvis and abdomen, it is contraindicated to ensure the safety and protection of both mother and baby.

During menstruation, the body is in a natural state of release, and this sacred time is best supported with rest and gentle care. Abdominal massage during bleeding may interfere with this process and can overstimulate the womb, potentially leading to increased discomfort or heavier bleeding.

If you’re unsure about timing or have specific circumstances, you’re welcome to reach out and we can guide you on when it would be most supportive to receive this work.

  • Yes. Once you complete the full training and certification requirements, you’ll be certified as a Womb Hara Practitioner and able to offer this work professionally.

Our training is internationally recognised and affiliated with IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists), which means you’ll be eligible to gain insurance and be recognised as a professional practitioner in many countries.

Many women go on to weave this modality into their existing work as bodyworkers, doulas, energy healers, therapists, or birth workers, while others begin a brand new path offering this work in their communities. We also provide ongoing support and opportunities for supervision to help you feel confident, grounded, and ethically held in sharing this powerful work with others.

  • To receive your certification as a Womb Hara Practitioner, you’ll need to complete 12 case studies after the in-person training, with 10 of these including moxibustion.

This is an important part of the integration journey, supporting you to deepen your embodiment of the work, build confidence, refine your skills, and receive personalised feedback. It also ensures that you’re offering this practice ethically, safely, and in alignment with its core principles.

You’ll receive clear guidance and a simple structure for completing and submitting your case studies, along with ongoing support as you move through the process.

  • We don’t usually offer payment plans as standard, but we’re open to discussing private arrangements in cases of genuine financial hardship. If this work is deeply calling you and finances are a barrier, please reach out, we’re happy to explore what might be possible.

  • Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your place in the training. However, any remaining payments are refundable. We’re also happy to offer the option to transfer your payment to another course or to a future training, should that be a better fit for you.
