Find your zen in this YIN/RESTORATIVE Yoga class, designed to cultivate stillness, connection, and balance between body and mind. This slow, seated mindfulness practice uses gentle stress to enhance joint mobility, range of motion, and fascia health. By holding poses for 3–5 minutes with supportive props, you’ll experience benefits like reduced lower back pain, improved joint health, and a deep sense of peace.

This gentle VINYASA FLOW class is perfect for all skill levels. Learn fundamental poses in an accessible, anatomy-focused way, with a consistent sequence to build confidence and ease. Combining breath awareness with movement, the class progresses from grounding poses to more dynamic sequences, helping to stretch, strengthen, and tone muscles while promoting proper alignment, detoxification, and mental calm. This class is perfect for yogis who have wrist or knee sensitivities.

CHAIR YOGA

Is this your first time practicing yoga? No problem, all of our classes are open levels and are designed in a way for everyone to follow along and receive the many benefits of yoga, regardless or your age or fitness level.

Yes - Yoga is for every body! Don't let a lack or flexibility or strength turn you off to yoga! Everyone starts somewhere, and in every single Wild Moon yoga class, we encourage you to take whatever modification to feel comfortable. (In-person events: let the practitioner know you are new, introduce yourself and they will be happy to offer modifications

Yes, at any time feel free to take a break, omit any poses, or take a seat in child's pose or lay flat on your mat if necessary. This is your practice and your time, do what you need to do to honor your body. Sip water and towel off at any point during class.

Every class is structured to include multiple components including: time for meditation & pranayama (breath work), a physical warm up, standing poses, balancing poses, strength building, twists, back bending, and inversions. We conclude each session with Savasana, an integral part of a yoga practice - a final resting posture where all of the physical benefits of our yoga practice can settle in to the body. (In-person events: Please respect the silence, stillness and peace of those around you - and remain quiet and still, if you need to leave class early please do so prior to savasana
